If you suffer with Plantar Fasciitis, we would recommend an 8mm heel lift (6mm if the footwear isn’t deep) under both heels to help take the stress away from the plantar fascia – a thin ligament that connects the heel to the front of your foot. The heel lifts will help to assist the healing process.
Another condition that can be helped with our heel lifts is Achilles Tendonitis. An 8mm heel lift (6mm if the footwear isn’t deep) can help to take the stress away from the tendon.
OrthoSole heel lifts should stay fixed in place with the 3M sticky tape and they work best underneath an OrthoSole insole. We recommend wearing one under each foot to ensure your body stays in line and doesn’t cause an imbalance.
