All standard UK orders are now shipped Free of charge (Second Class Post), you may choose a different shipping option that carries a surcharge.
We now offer a simple choice for international shipping £7.95 for standard Airmail or £13.95 for international Tracked and Traced Airmail.
We cannot ship clubs or golf bags outside the UK.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances certain international orders may incur a surcharge due to size or weight.
Depending on the item purchased, delivery will either be by Royal Mail or a Courier Service, delivery to a business address can be arranged.
Please note that orders received after 14.00hrs will be posted the following working day.
In an event that we are unable to fulfill an order, due to an item becoming out of stock, or found to be faulty during checks, a full refund of that item will be issued back to the payment method used to purchase the item.
We have a 'No quibble' returns policy which means that you can return any item purchased (complete with tags) for a replacement, refund or credit.
You must inform us within 14 days that you wish to return the item and it must reach us within 21 days.
Items purchased as christmas gifts which are unwanted or the incorrect size, must to be received back (complete with tags) by our returns department, no later than the 15th January 2018, for a refund or replacement.
To return the item please email us at email@example.com reference 'Return' stating the order #, Name and Address. If you created an account with us during your checkout, please log into your 'My Account' and use the 'Request Returns' function for your order.

Please note that we recommend that you use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post to return any items. Please get 'Proof of Postage' from Royal Mail, if you wish to return an item by 'Recorded Delivery' we are available to sign for them.
Unfortunately we are unable to pay for 'returns' postage - unless it is because we have sent you an item you did not order.
Finally - All items must be in the original packaging complete with all tags and labels intact. We understand that you will want to try things on....., please take care to avoid getting make-up marks on the garment (this may delay refunds).
