SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

All UK orders over £40 are available with free express shipping (1-2 Working days), or you may choose a different shipping option that carries a surcharge. We do ship items of clothing, belts, gloves, golf shoes etc internationally.

Depending on the item purchased, delivery will either be by Royal Mail or a Courier Service. Delivery to a business address can also be arranged.


Please note that orders received after 14.00hrs will be posted the following working day.  

UK Shipping Options: 

  • Standard Post (£2.99 on orders under £40)  2-4 Working Days
  • EXPRESS SERVICE (£3.99 or FREE for UK orders over £40) - Aims to deliver your parcel within 1 - 2 working days 
  • Tracked 24 (£4.50)  by Royal Mail - Aims to deliver your parcel within 1 - 2 working days.
  • Tracked 48 (£3.50) by Royal Mail - Aims to deliver your parcel within 2 - 3 working days.
  • In-Store Pickup (£0.00) Your order will be ready for collection from the Eureka Golf Gateshead Store same day, if ordered before 4pm (Mon - Fri), otherwise nextday (11.00 - 17.00).  An email will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection.

In an event that we are unable to fulfil an order, due to an item becoming out of stock, or found to be faulty during checks,  a full refund of that item will be issued back to the payment method used to purchase the item.

UK Returns:

We have a 'No quibble' returns policy which means that you can return any item purchased (complete with tags) for a replacement, refund or credit.

FREE Returns for Exchange or Refund of item(s) are available for UK Mainland orders using an enclosed returns label.

The returns label provides a Tracked and Insured return (to the value of £100) back to Eureka Golf, if you are returning an order worth more than £100 you may wish to use a different service.

Please note that the Returns label can be used Free for your exchange of an item(s) from your order, a subsequent return of an exchanged item(s) from that order will incur a subsidised charge of £3.99 which will be deducted from the refund.

Your return must reach us within 28 days of delivery to yourself. 

When exchanging/returning an item please complete the form on your order note, please enclose this paperwork in the packet.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt back to ourselves.

Finally - All items must be in the original clear packaging complete with all tags and labels intact.

We understand that you will want to try things on, please take care to avoid getting make-up marks on the garment (this may delay refunds), please respect that your unwanted items are another customers purchase so please take reasonable care in repacking.

Please Note that each item returned in an un-sellable state will incur a cleaning/pressing surcharge.

International Shipping:

* International Tracked Service - (£5.99) - Delivery aims are dependant on the country of destination and service available to this country.

International Orders

During checkout once your international shipping address has been added the UK 20% (UK VAT) will be deducted after you have entered your non-UK shipping address but not within your basket/cart.

  • Royal Mail International Tracked Service
  • Europe 5 - 10 working days
  • Rest of the World 7-14 working days
  • Import duties, handling charges and taxes payable locally by the customer.
  • Checkout Prices excludes UK 20% VAT (once shipping address is entered)
  • Tracking details will be sent to you on despatch of the goods
  • To Track your parcel, use the tracking number provided

Please note that Golf Bags, Trollies are unable to be shipped internationally.

International Returns

If you are returning your item(s) please send your parcel back with your preferred courier.  (Clearly stating on the parcel ‘returned goods – relief claimed’)

A printed address label is provided to help

You will need to pay for the return of the parcel, including any custom charges.

It is advisable for you to send your return via a tracked delivery option allowing you to track your returning parcel. 

Please ensure that you complete the form on the packing slip enclosed with your order stating the items you wish to return and what option you would like:

  • Exchange
  • Refund

 

Items must be returned in the original packaging with all the tags still in place. We only accept unworn/undamaged returned items.

 

International Exchanges: 

Postage for exchanges to countries outside of the UK will be charged at a discounted rate of £5.

Payment must be made before the exchange is dispatched.

Please list your preference on the enclosed form and we will contact you to arrange payment.

As per your original order you will be liable to pay local taxes and duty on your exchanged items. 

The returns period for refunds or exchanges is 30 Days from receipt of your order (European & International orders)

Though every effort is made to ensure that your items arrive on time, please note we can not be held responsible for parcels being delayed by the couriers, due to circumstances beyond our/their control.
